This site is a tribute to Brenda Daines.

She is dearly loved and will always be remembered.

Brenda spent some of her childhood living in Dorset, by the coast. Later she met and married Bernard, who was born and raised on the coast of Suffolk (with a family history of a sea faring folk).

Brenda and Bernard then settled in Harwell, as far inland as possible! Thankfully, many happy family holidays were spent on the beach and swimming in the sea.

Its where a life long interest in the RNLI came from; a chosen charity, dear to both Brenda and Bernard.
